Register for VMTN Transportation Registration may be submitted to the RTC through US Mail, email, or online at RTCSNV.com, and does not require an in-person interview. If you are entitled to receive Veterans health care services you may enroll in the VMTN program. RideCo Launched New On-Demand Transit Service in Southern Nevada

On Sunday, August 8th, the RTC launched RTC OnDemand, a new on-demand transit service in partnership with RideCo. This new service is an affordable and convenient way to travel around town, and we are currently servicing the West Henderson and Southwest Valley zones. Last month, we recognized MV Transportation, Paratransit Operator, Carlos Campos, at our October Board Commission meeting. We are extremely appreciative for the commitment, dedication, and service of caregivers, and in honor of National Caregivers Day, we say thank you! To help make caretaking a little easier, the RTC has launched a new Paratransit payment web portal for paratransit-certified customers and their caregivers. This week we are celebrating the 32nd anniversary of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), a civil rights law that prohibits discrimination against people with disabilities in several areas including employment, public accommodations, communications, transportation and more. The RTC provides paratransit services to customers with disabilities to provide equal access to public transportation. In 1992 the Las Vegas transportation system was created but there was something missing. Two years later, thanks to the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) of 1990, the RTC established paratransit service. The ADA was developed to ensure individuals with disabilities equal access to live life, and in this case, equal access to public transportation. To make paratransit trip planning more convenient and easy to use, we launched a new digital tool to enhance the online booking process for paratransit certified customers and caretakers.
