The RTC Purchasing and Contracts Department delivers cost effective procurement of goods and services, construction, and rolling stock to support the RTC’s operations.
Complete the following forms to do business with the RTC (for contracts, POs, address changes, etc.).
- RTC Supplier Information Form
- Blank W-9 Form
- Electronic Payment / ACH Form
The forms may be obtained from and submitted to the RTC Point of Contact and or Project Manager.
The RTC utilizes a regional supplier registration and bidding platform, to advertise solicitation opportunities. Nevada Gov eMarketplace (NGEM). The platform is free. Vendors and suppliers are encouraged to register with NGEM in order to receive notification of solicitation opportunities.
