- Blank W-9 Form
- Electronic Payment / ACH Form
The forms may be obtained from and submitted to the RTC Point of Contact and or Project Manager.
The RTC utilizes a regional supplier registration and bidding platform, to advertise solicitation opportunities. Nevada Gov eMarketplace (NGEM). The platform is free. Vendors and suppliers are encouraged to register with NGEM in order to receive notification of solicitation opportunities.
