Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) Program
The RTC is committed to identify, communicate and work with businesses that are certified DBEs. A DBE is defined as a small business that is socially or economically disadvantaged. To learn more about DBE qualifications, read the DBE program specified below.
It is the policy of the RTC to ensure nondiscrimination in the award and administration of U.S. Department of Transportation-assisted contracts and to create a level playing field on which DBEs can compete fairly for contracts and subcontracts.

The Regional Transportation Commission of Southern Nevada (RTC) established a goal of 11% for Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) participation in federally funded contract opportunities for Federal Fiscal Years 2020-2022.
