Note:
In support of the RTC’s sustainability efforts to reduce paper costs, mailing costs and reduce project time, the RTC is using an electronic signature process called DocuSign. Suppliers  who need to sign contracts or amendments will receive an email notification from DocuSign that a document is in need of their review and signature. After clicking on “Review Document” signature authorities will need to follow the simple instructions to electronically sign the document. It will then be automatically forwarded to the next signature authority on the electronic routing. For more information on the electronic signature process, click here.
