Paratransit Report Card
The RTC offers paratransit service to customers with physical, cognitive or visual impairments and are not functionally able to use the RTC’s fixed route transit service independently. All who request eligibility for paratransit service must be certified, which may entail an in-person interview and possible functional assessment. Below is a summary of annual statistics from fiscal year 2024.
