To make paratransit trip planning more convenient and easy to use, we launched a new digital tool to enhance the online booking process for paratransit certified customers and caretakers. The myRTCpara website allows them to book new trips, check and cancel existing reservations, track vehicles, access estimated drop-off times and more.

- Options to include comments or instructions for pick-ups

- Account history
To further enhance the paratransit riding experience, the RTC is working to develop a myRTCpara mobile app set to launch by fall 2021. Meanwhile, the web portal is available via computer, tablet and smart phone browser. RTC paratransit certified customers can log into myRTCpara.rtcsnv.com to enroll and get started.
