To help make caretaking a little easier, the RTC has launched a new Paratransit payment web portal for paratransit-certified customers and their caregivers. The new portal allows customers to purchase their passes online and create an account where they can set up reoccurring payments and track their payment history.

An added benefit of the new purchasing system, paratransit customers’ accounts are updated the same day as their purchase, giving customers immediate access to transit passes and eliminating the three to five day wait following their purchase.

To manage trips while on the go, paratransit customers and caregivers can download the myRTCPara mobile app. The one-stop-shop digital tool lets customers easily book trips, cancel a reservation, track vehicles, access estimated pick-up times and more. The myRTCPara feature also offers account information, ride notifications and a trip history. The app is free and can be downloaded via the Apple app store or Google play.
