Do you buy your transit pass in the rideRTC app? Do you like to Tap & GO? Would you rather pay with a credit card instead at the farebox? We want to hear from you!
The RTC is seeking feedback about proposed transit fare and payment options through a short 5-10 minute survey from now through Friday, Nov. 3. Options include:
- A $4 Deuce on the Strip single-ride fare offered in the rideRTC app for tourists
- The ability to pay for fare on board buses with credit or debit cards
- An account-based ticketing option where customers can pre-load a smart card
Your feedback will help us plan for these features in the near future. Participants will be entered in a raffle to win 15-day transit passes, and one lucky winner will receive two (2) tickets to the December 4 Vegas Golden Knights game versus the St. Louis Blues.
