Life is Beautiful is back in town next weekend, Sept. 16 – 18, and the RTC wants to help you navigate through the festival traffic and road closures.

Beginning Monday, Sept. 12 through Monday, Sept. 19, several streets in downtown Las Vegas will be closed for the music festival. For transit users who are moving in and around the festival area, we recommend visiting rtcsnv.com/detours, or using the rideRTC app to see how your trip may be impacted. Current detours are as follows:

  • Route 207 –Alta / Stewart will be on detour from Monday, Sept. 12, through Monday, Sept. 19.
  • Boulder Highway Express (BHX) will be on detour from Wednesday, Sept. 14, through Monday, Sept. 19.
  • Route 113 – Las Vegas Blvd. North, 208 WB – Washington, 215 WB – Bonanza and Deuce on the Strip will be on detour Friday, Sept. 16 through Sunday, Sept. 18 between midnight and 3 a.m. each night when Las Vegas Blvd. is closed to traffic.

Attending the festival? Avoid traffic delays and frustration with RTC Bike Share! Festivalgoers can park for free around the downtown area and take RTC Bike Share. The bike share station near 7th & Carson is one short block away from the general admission entrance, or pedal to the station located at PublicUs on Maryland – near the VIP festival entrance at 11th & Fremont. Don’t feel like pedaling? Our electric bikes are an easy, low-impact alternative to get in and out of the festival entrances so you don’t miss your favorite act.

Three-day bike share passes are available for $10 or one-day passes can be purchased for $5. Visit bikeshare.rtcsnv.com to purchase RTC Bike Share passes and to check out where our stations are located.
