Southern Nevada is growing and that can mean construction, service improvements, a music festival, or sporting event may impact how we get around. Current rider alerts, detours, bus stop closures, and service to events in the area are posted below for your convenience. If you would like to be notified when new Rider Alerts & Detours, bus stop closure or service to an event is posted, please use our “Subscribe To Page” link to subscribe to e-mail and text updates.

Abbreviations Used

BOR – Back on route
BTC – Bonneville Transit Center
Cont. – Continue
EB – Eastbound
FS – Farside (Past the intersection)
Lt – Left
LVB – Las Vegas Blvd.

NB – Northbound
NS – Nearside (Before the Intersection)
ROW – Right of Way
Rt – Right
SB – Southbound
Temp – Temporary
WB – Westbound

Daily Detours

207 – Alta/Stewart

  • (EB) – 24-hour detour until further notice: From eastbound Alta after Rancho, continue east across Tonopah, turn right onto Shadow, turn left onto Pinto, back on regular routing.
  • (WB) – 24-hour detour until further notice: From westbound Pinto after Martin L King, turn right onto Shadow, turn left onto Alta, back on regular routing after crossing Tonopah.

220 – Ann/Tropical

  • (EB) – 24-hour detour until further notice: From southbound Hualapai after Severence, turn left onto Elkhorn, turn right onto Grand Canyon, turn left onto Deer Springs, back on regular routing.
  • (WB) – 24-hour detour until further notice: From westbound Deer Springs after Tee Pee Ln, turn right onto Grand Canyon, turn left onto Elkhorn, turn right onto Hualapai, back on regular routing. 

221 – Cactus/Horizon Ridge/Boulder City

  • (WB) – 24-hour detour until further notice: From westbound Cactus after Escondido, turn right onto Maryland, (service existing stop at NB Maryland after Cactus), turn left onto Pyle, turn left onto Amigo, (service temporary stop at SB Amigo before Cactus), turn right onto Cactus, back on regular routing.

BHX– Boulder Highway Express

  • (NB) – 24-hour detour until further notice: From southbound Maryland after Fremont, continue south across Carson, turn right onto Bridger, turn right onto Las Vegas Blvd, turn left onto Carson, back on regular routing. 
  • (SB) – 24-hour detour until further notice: From eastbound Carson after 4th, turn right onto Las Vegas Blvd, turn left onto Bridger, turn left onto 9th, turn right onto Carson, back on regular routing. 

1-October Remembrance Ceremony
Detours in effect 4:00 p.m. – 11:00 p.m. on Sunday, October 1, 2023

206 Charleston

  • (EB) From the BTC exit on Garces Ave., turn right on Garces Ave., turn left on Main St., veer onto Commerce St., turn left on Charleston Blvd., back on regular routing.
  • (WB) – No detour necessary.

Deuce on the Strip

  • (NB) – From NB Casino Center, turn left on Charleston Ave., turn right on Main St., turn right on Hoover Ave., turn left on Casino Center, enter the Transit Way Lane, back on regular routing.
  • (SB) – From SB Casino Center at Garces Ave., turn left on Gass Ave., turn right on Las Vegas Blvd., turn right on Charleston Ave., turn left on 3rd Street, back on regular routing.

National Night Out
Detours in effect 1:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. on Tuesday, October 3, 2023

BHX – Boulder Highway Express

  • (NB) –  Continue northbound on Boulder Highway, go past Basic, back on regular routing.
  • (SB) –  Continue southbound on Boulder Highway at Lake Mead, go past Lake Mead, back on regular routing.

F1 Paving on Las Vegas Blvd. (the Strip): Due to construction on and around Las Vegas Blvd., the following routes are experiencing delays.

  • Deuce on the Strip
  • Route 119 – Simmons/Koval
  • Route 203 – Spring Mountain/Desert Inn/Lamb
