Rider 101: How to submit comments and feedback

The RTC is here to help you navigate how to submit your comments, ideas, and concerns. We know transit service can’t be perfect, but we can strive to get close. For us to continue to improve, we need to hear from you, our customers. Today we will show you how to submit comments and feedback on the RTC website.

  • Step #2: In the drop down “How Can We Help You?” select the specific issue you are having. For example, “Report a fixed route bus issue,” “Request Information,” or “General Comment.” There are many choices in this menu.

  • Step #3: Type your comment or feedback, fill in your first & last name, and enter your email address.

  • Step #4 (optional): Additional fields asking for your address or phone/mobile number is optional.

  • Step #5: Select if you would like us to contact you about the issue you submitted. And select if you would like to receive up-to-date information from the RTC Blog.

 

  • Step #6: Finally interact with our reCAPTCHA. We need to know you are not a bot! Click “Submit Online Comment,” and you're done!
