The Nevada Department of Transportation (NDOT) wants YOU to help make Flamingo Road safer!

NDOT is working on a new Safety Management Plan that will improve safety on Flamingo Road, from Paradise Road to Pecos Road. This corridor has been a hot spot of fatal and serious injury crashes in recent years, and they are taking action to make it safer. They want to hear from you so that your input and recommendations can be part of the safety improvements in the new plan!

They've set up an online meeting that you can attend 24 hours a day, 7 days a week from anywhere just by CLICKING HERE. You have until Thursday, Feb. 29, to visit the link where you can take a short survey and drop comments on the interactive map. Super easy, right? You can share your thoughts and make a difference in the community without even leaving your comfy spot at home.

If you're more of a people person, there will be an in-person meeting on Tuesday, Feb. 13, from 4 to 7 p.m. at the Cambridge Recreation Center (3930 Cambridge St., Las Vegas, NV). The in-person meeting will be open-house style with a presentation at 5:30pm.

This isn't just another study – it's about making Flamingo Road safer for everyone – those who walk, ride their bikes, drive, or ride the bus. Make a difference by sharing your ideas today.
