Day after day, year after year, we work to protect Nevadans from diseases that can be prevented by vaccination. We began in 1995 as a group of citizens concerned about Nevada’s immunization rates being the lowest in the country; we are now a statewide 501c3 nonprofit coalition of individual, business and organization partners working together to impact Nevada’s communities by connecting the public with information and resources to solve an immediate health need — getting vaccinated. We also host and organize vaccine clinics and outreach events across the state. For instance, we have several back-to-school clinics every summer along with other clinic and outreach events where we offer health education, vaccines, and resources all year long. All in all, we aim to promote health equity in Nevada.

Additionally, we pride ourselves on a diverse staff that with individuals that hail from different continents and speak different languages. This gives us the lens that we need to see the communities that we serve and helps us to meet them where they are.

Our mission is that Immunize Nevada is widely recognized as Nevada’s trusted resource for immunizations and community health for all ages by fostering education and statewide collaboration.
