HR TIPS for applying at RTC:

  • Double-check that your email and phone number are correct on the application. This will ensure emails and text messages are sent to the proper recipients.
  • List all education and professional work experience appropriately (DO NOT use “See Resume”).
  • In the Supplemental Question section, please answer each question thoroughly to explain your professional work experience in detail.
  • Use a Word document to craft your responses to each Supplemental Question. This will help reduce grammatical errors and give you a chance to write a well-thought-out answer.
  • Be aware of the deadline date and time. We cannot accept applications after the deadline.
