For more than a year, we’ve been working on an expanded local small and diverse business inclusion program for all RTC-funded projects. The launch of RiSE (Resources, Involvement, Support, Education) couldn’t have come at a more critical time. During United for Infrastructure Week (September 14-21), we will begin certifying local small and diverse businesses in preparation for any RTC-funded projects that begin on or after January 1, 2021.
