Specifications Subcommittee
The Specifications Subcommittee assists the Executive Advisory Committee (EAC) in focusing on matters regarding the Uniform Standards Specifications for Public Works Construction Offsite Improvements and updating the Uniform Standard Drawings. This subcommittee meets on the 2nd Wednesday of the odd-numbered months at 1:30 p.m. in Room 108 of the RTC Administration Building, unless otherwise posted.

Uniform Standard Specifications and Drawings Working Group
The Specifications Subcommittee established a working group at its January 13, 2021 meeting to conduct a comprehensive review of the Clark County Area Uniform Standard Specifications and Drawings (Uniform Standards) as the Uniform Standards have not been reviewed in its entirety for some time. This working group will meet monthly to systematically review and update the specifications and drawings over a 12- to 18-month schedule. This working group will review sections of the specifications, associated material specifications, and any associated drawings that are related to the specifications.
