July 2023 Service Change2023-06-26T10:29:35-07:00

July 1, 2023 Service Change

The RTC will implement a service change in an effort to improve reliability and timeliness for our transit customers. Beginning Saturday, July 1, 2023, the RTC will improve bus schedules and modify existing routes. We know that major roadway construction projects and increased ridership impact transit service. These new changes will help accommodate an increase in passengers, ensure bus drivers have enough time to travel the routes, and mitigate delays due to construction.

Service Change Route Information

You can find a full list of changes in the sections below.

To improve timeliness and accommodate an increase in passengers, trip times for the following routes will change.

The following six (4) routes will change.

  • Route 113 (N. Las Vegas Blvd.)
    • Route will officially remove service to O’Callaghan Hospital.
    • All trips will use Nellis Blvd. to Craig loop.
  • Route 212 (Sunset)
    • Route will have an east-end routing modification to eliminate layover delays.
  • Route 401 (N. Outlets/Symphony Park)
    • Route will use Casino Center instead of Main Street in Downtown Las Vegas.
  • DVX (Downtown & Veterans Medical Center Express)
    • Route will use Main Street instead of Casino Center when traveling southbound to avoid evening service delays due to road closures.
