Our annual Summer Heat campaign came to a close this week, and we would like to extend a big THANK YOU to all the riders that visited the Bonneville Transit Center, South Strip Transit Terminal and RTC bus stops to celebrate and learn more about ways to stay safe during the hottest months of the year.

This summer, we interacted with more than 1,600 riders and received great feedback from those who took our extreme heat survey. Using this data, we will be able to better understand how heat impacts your transit experience and make informed decisions on ways to help you mitigate the effects of extreme heat while traveling throughout the valley. Your feedback is valuable to the RTC and we are always seeking options to help protect you against heat-related illness.
