Independence Day is around the corner, and it’s time to gear up for fireworks, festivities, and fun! On Thursday, July 4, RTC transit services will operate on a SATURDAY schedule in observance of the holiday.

The annual Summerlin Patriotic Parade starts at 8:30 a.m. at Hills Center Drive & Hillpointe Rd. Route 210 (Lake Mead) is just a short walk away.

The Boulder City Damboree is offering a full day of festivities including a parade at 9 a.m. and fireworks at 9 p.m. Route 221 (Cactus/Horizon Ridge/Boulder City) is your ride.

Henderson’s Annual Celebration will return at Heritage Park for live entertainment and fireworks at 9 p.m. Route 217 (Warm Springs/Lake Mead Pkwy) will take you there.
