RTC Bike Share: Social distancing on the go!

Social distancing has boosted a healthy outdoor trend – riding bicycles. RTC Bike Share is a fun alternative for essential travel within Downtown Las Vegas. Our stations are easy to find and use!

To help combat the current pandemic while continuing to provide a necessary service, the RTC has increased sanitation efforts for all our transit options, including bike share! Our bikes and stations are disinfected regularly throughout the day, focusing on high contact areas you are most likely to touch. However, here are measures you can take as well before and after enjoying a ride:

  • Wash your hands before and after a ride for at least 20 seconds or use hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol
  • Wipe down handles with disinfectant prior to riding. Focus on high contact points, such as handlebars
  • Avoid touching your face, especially your eyes, nose or mouth
  • Consider wearing gloves while riding
