Boulder Highway today is bustling with cyclists, pedestrians and transit users but the roadway itself hasn’t changed much from the original highway in 1931. Following RTC board approval of the final plan on Thursday, May 21, 2020, local jurisdictions will begin the process to implement robust road improvements. In fact, the City of Henderson has already started the design phase on the portion of roadway within the city.
