We know more people are starting to use transit again, so we want you to know that we are welcoming you with open arms… um, doors. The RTC is making changes to bring you more service and to keep you safe on transit!

Starting Monday, July 20, you’ll get more bus frequency and enhanced reliability on many routes. The increased service comes as the RTC transitions to a Saturday schedule on weekdays and Saturdays.

In addition to the schedule change, the RTC wants to make sure you know that we are taking even more actions to keep you safe as the COVID-19 pandemic continues to affect our region. Take a look at the RTC’s 14-Point Safety Plan below that outlines the numerous precautions taken over the past several months.

Be sure to check out our newly-debuted online tool that will give you an idea of how the pandemic is affecting the RTC’s transit service. The new data dashboard is a way for the RTC to be transparent with you about how the pandemic is affecting the agency. For instance, the tool provides a comparison of current data to that before the pandemic. You can log on to track information, such as ridership numbers, vehicle on-time performance data and vehicle capacity updates. CLICK HERE to view the new data dashboard.

Thanks so much for riding with the RTC, and we look forward to seeing you on our vehicles.
