To better serve customers across the valley we added a mobile app option to enhance the online trip management process for paratransit certified customers and caretakers. Through the myRTCpara website and app, customers can book new trips, check and cancel existing reservations, track vehicles, access estimated pick-up times and additional services.
This program is geared toward one of our most vulnerable transit populations as a way to improve access, convenience and equity for our passengers. It’s quick and easy for paratransit customers and their caretakers to take advantage of these ride management tools that give them greater flexibility and control over their trips.
In addition to booking and managing trips, the myRTCpara app also provides:
- Vehicle number
- Trip history
- Account information
