And here’s the best news: transit rides are free from 6 p.m. on New Year’s Eve until 9 a.m. on New Year’s Day!

How to Navigate Holiday Travel:

  • Plan Around Busy Times: Expect peak travel hours during:
    • Thursday, Dec. 26, between 9 a.m. and 6 p.m.
    • Wednesday, Jan. 1, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
    • Thursday, Jan. 2, between 8 a.m. and 7 p.m.
  • Catch the Game Day Express: Heading to Las Vegas Raiders or Vegas Golden Knights games? Avoid delays by catching early Game Day Express buses. Check out all the details at rtcsnv.com/gamedayexpress.

Key Transit Updates:

  • Formula 1 Bridge Deconstruction: From Dec. 15-21, Routes 119, 202, and Centennial Express (CX) will be on detour to accommodate the Formula 1 Las Vegas Grand Prix bridge deconstruction. Stay up-to-date at RTC Alerts and Detours.
  • Holiday Schedules: RTC buses will run on a Saturday schedule for Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve and a Sunday schedule for Christmas Day and New Year’s Day. Plan your trip with route details on Transit Schedules & Maps.
