This holiday season, give the gift of transportation to a special someone or loved one. Bus passes make great gifts and stocking stuffers for commuters who use transit regularly or those looking for alternatives to driving. Decreasing the number of vehicles on our roadways cuts carbon emissions which benefits the environment; so this makes a perfect gift for anyone wanting to make more eco-friendly moves as part of their New Year’s resolutions!
Fifteen-day and thirty-day passes can be purchased in person at the Bonneville Transit Center (BTC) seven days a week and from the RTC Administration Building Monday through Thursday from 7:15 a.m. to 5:45 p.m. Select ticket vending machines (TVMs) and vendor locations around town, including Albertsons checkout stands and customer service counters also sell transit passes.
The RTC offers reduced fares for Veterans, youth (6-17), students (K-12), senior citizens (60 and over), persons with disabilities, Medicare eligible persons, and Mobility Trained customers.
