Boulder City Parkway recently got a major facelift. The Complete Streets project started last February and wrapped up this summer. Complete Streets is a type of improvement defined by the U.S. Department of Transportation, as streets designed and operated to enable safe use and support mobility for all users. Those include people of all ages and abilities, regardless of whether they are travelling as drivers, pedestrians, bicyclists, or public transportation riders.
Take a virtual tour of the finished project, which includes a pedestrian crossing, widened sidewalks, resurfaced pavement, dedicated bicycle lanes, and more!
