Veterans, this one’s for you! We’re so grateful for all of your commitment and sacrifice. This Veterans Day, we’re taking time to honor each and every one of you, and we’re not the only one.

Companies around the country are offering special discounts just for veterans on Veterans Day. Take your pick from free pancakes, free coffee, free desserts or even a free haircut. We’re helping out by providing the ride to get you to all of those places. The RTC is offering free rides to active military service members and veterans on Wednesday, November 11.

Outside of the holiday, service members can participate in our Veterans Reduced Fare Program, which provides a 50 percent discount on full-fare pricing for all of our fixed-route buses. Local veterans can apply for an RTC-issued veterans’ reduced fare ID card at the Bonneville Transit Center, 101 E. Bonneville Ave., in downtown Las Vegas.
