Whether you’re traveling near home or heading Downtown, free public transit rides are available for everyone from 6 p.m. on New Year’s Eve to 9 a.m. on New Year’s Day. Let us be your safe ride home.

For the early birds looking to have the little ones join in on the NYE fun, we found some local events that will have your kiddos in bed well before the clock strikes midnight.
Getting there: Hop on Deuce on the Strip to the Town’s Square

Lion Habitat Ranch – Noon Year’s Eve
Getting there: RTC-OnDemand or hop on Route 122 (Maryland Pkwy)

Join Ozzie the Giraffe and his friends to welcome 2023 at the Lion Habitat RanchFrom 11 a.m. to to 3 p.m. Kids can participate on a scavenger hunt while learning about how they can help wildlife.

Multiple Las Vegas Clark County Library District (LVCCLD) locations are hosting events filled with crafts, games and more! Visit the LVCCLD events page to learn which locations are hosting events.
For the night owls heading out on the town, keep in mind that all public transit will be free starting at 6 p.m. on New Year’s Eve until 9 a.m. on New Year’s Day. Choose the safe route this New Year and let us be your ride home.
Downtown Summerlin – Cheers to 2023

A New Year’s Eve music festival? Yes, please! Fremont St. Experience is hosting the Time of Your Life Festival starting at 6 p.m. Dance away 2022 surrounded with friends and entertainment.
