Sustainability is in the spotlight during Earth Month. What are you doing to help the environment? The RTC is partnering with The Howard Hughes Corporation to challenge Southern Nevadans to rethink their commute and utilize free tools that make it easier than ever to get rewarded for commuting to work by taking transit, carpooling, biking, or walking.
From Monday, April 24, through Sunday, April 30, two lucky individuals will win one of two prizes: $500 to shop at Downtown Summerlin OR tickets to a Las Vegas Aviators Game, including a $100 food & beverage credit at Las Vegas Ballpark. To enter to win, simply use an alternative mode of transportation at least twice during the last week of Earth Month and report it through the RTC’s Club Ride app.
To enter for your chance to win, follow these three easy steps:
- Sign up for the RTC’s free Club Ride program at rtcsnv.com/ClubRide. If you are already a member, you’ve completed the first step.
- Pick your favorite eco-friendly commute and get moving!
- Report at least two green commutes using the Club Ride app or website between April 24 and May 14.
Winner will be notified on Monday, May 15.
While Club Ride is a FREE employer-based program that provides resources to employees who are interested in trying different modes of transportation, individuals are welcome to join as well. To help improve our community’s air quality and decrease congestion, participants are rewarded for using different transportation modes other than driving alone in a car.
