The Regional Transportation Commission of Southern Nevada (RTC) will hold a comment period on the proposed funding recommendations for the RTC’s Community Mobility Project. The funding recommendations identify the selection of projects for non-profit providers to serve the transportation needs of senior citizens, individuals with disabilities and low-income residents in the valley.
The RTC Community Mobility Project funding recommendations will be available for review beginning Monday, April 20, 2020 on the RTC website at www.rtcsnv.com. It is standard practice to make the funding recommendations available for review at the RTC Administration Building, but due to the threat of COVID-19 and the governor’s “Stay Home for Nevada” directive, the funding recommendations can instead be mailed to members of the public. Anyone interested in receiving the information should call Glen Leavitt at 702-676-1510.
Members of the general public and service providers can comment on the process and review the awards.
