In honor of Hispanic Heritage Month, the RTC is celebrating the many contributions of our employees, contractors, and community partners.
Juan Mendez is the owner and president of MCON Inc., a construction and underground utilities company. He embarked on a business venture at the height of the economic recession in 2008. He now leads a successful company that has delivered on major construction projects in the valley including the Raiders Stadium and Lake Las Vegas.
The company is a proud member of the National Contractors Association, National Association of Minority Contractors, and the Latin Chamber of Commerce.
