Friday, Oct. 7 and Saturday, Oct. 8 will be full of color and fun as Las Vegas celebrates National LGBTQ+ History Month with a PRIDE parade and festival this weekend.
Las Vegas PRIDE Night Parade (Friday, Oct. 7)
Who doesn’t love a parade? The Las Vegas PRIDE Night Parade returns to downtown Las Vegas, kicking off with a pre-show at 6 p.m. at the main stage located at 4th Street and Bridger Ave. The parade begins at 7 p.m. at Gass Ave. and heads north along 4th Street to Ogden Ave. Moving around downtown may be a challenge especially with more than 30,000 spectators expected to join the party. So, forget parking hassles and let the RTC be your ride via routes 113 – Las Vegas Blvd., 207 – Alta/Stewart, 215 – Bonanza, BHX, or Deuce on the Strip.
Las Vegas Pride Festival (Saturday, Oct. 8)
Everyone is welcome! Come celebrate diversity at this fabulously fun day and evening at Craig Ranch Regional Park from noon to 11 p.m. Hop on Route 219 – Craig to enjoy a hassle-free ride and no parking! More than 20,000 visitors attend the annual festival of music, entertainment and food. The outdoor venue hosts several stages featuring a variety of acts, from headliners on the main stage to local artists on the Rainbow and Amphitheater stage. There’s also a Family Activity Zone filled with fun activities for parents and children 12 and under. General admission is $30. Youth, military, senior and ADA discounts available at the gate.
