Since 2008, Gritz Café has become a staple in the Las Vegas community for their quality food and southern hospitality. The soul food restaurant has become known as the “community's café” due to their involvement with non-profit organizations and their mission to empower the community. A fun and impressive fact about owner Trina Giles: she has been making a positive impact in the Las Vegas community decades before the opening of Gritz Café as the first black female firefighter and fire investigator in Las Vegas!
