Warmer temperatures might be on their way, but we’re giving some of our bus shelters new coats. Paint coats, that is.
The RTC’s Transit Amenities team has been hard at work coordinating the washing and painting of 75 bus shelters across the valley. This is being done to help restore their appearance and beautify the sidewalks they reside on.
Over time, our bus shelters become damaged from harsh weather, vehicle crashes, vandalism, and general wear and tear. Not only does this enhance the experience for our many transit riders as they wait for their bus to arrive, it adds an extra degree of curb appeal to our streets and neighborhoods.
