Trip to Strip strives to maintain and operate a safe, efficient and effective public transit system. For the safety and comfort of all persons who interact with its services, the Regional Transportation Commission of Southern Nevada (RTC) has established this policy to address the conduct of persons using Trip to Strip vehicles. Trip to Strip reserves the right to deny service to any passenger.
Trip to Strip prohibits passengers from the following:
Physically attacking passengers, service animals, Trip to Strip staff or a member of the general public;
Threatening passengers with violent, abusive or inflammatory language;
Engaging in disruptive behavior, including loud conversation, profanity, insults or operating any electronic device used for sound without using earphones;
Vandalizing a Trip to Strip vehicle by defacing, or otherwise causing destruction in any manner;
Disrupting the operation of a Trip to Strip vehicle;
Smoking (including e-cigarettes or vaporizer pens) or expelling the residue of any tobacco or cannabis product;
Carrying or possessing any illegal weapon as defined by NRS 202.350;
Engaging in inappropriate sexual behavior.
