VMTN Online Trip Request

Registered clients can also request a trip by calling (702 678-VETS (8387).All trip requests must be between 1 and 14 calendar days, trips requested more than 14-days in advance and same day requests will not be accepted. Please note that all requests are subject to availability, clients will receive a verification email or be contacted directly when their trip is confirmed.

For more immediate needs, call the Veterans Medical Transportation Network call center Monday through Friday (except Federal holidays) between 7 a.m. and 5 p.m. at  (702) 678-VETS (8387).

To request a trip online (24-hours a day, 7-days a week), please complete the following form, then click “submit.” Online requests are processed Monday thru Friday (excluding Holidays) and scheduled or denied within three business days of submitting. Registrants will receive a return email or call with a confirmation of the scheduled time or denial.

Note: This is a shared-ride service. Due to vehicle capacity, the VMTN transit service is subject to availability. Denials are due to limited capacity, clients can request an alternate pick up time or to be placed on will call. Online registration is not intended for next day or same day trip requests.
