We know the airport has slot machines, gift shops and restaurants, but we’re guessing you also want to check out the Strip and Downtown Las Vegas while you’re here! If you’re flying in to Las Vegas, the RTC has a convenient way for you to travel to and from McCarran International Airport
and your vacation destinations.
The Westcliff Airport Express (WAX)
provides direct transportation to/from the airport’s Terminal 1 and 3 from/to Downtown Las Vegas or Tropicana Avenue and Las Vegas Blvd. (stop is located on eastbound Tropicana, alongside the Tropicana Hotel).
The Centennial Express (CX)
also provides direct transportation to/from the airport’s Terminal 3 from/to Downtown Las Vegas as well as a stop at Las Vegas Blvd and Spring Mountain. You can travel between Terminal 1 and 3 on the airport’s inter-terminal shuttle.
The Strip & Downtown Express (SDX)
also travels to the South Strip Transfer Terminal (SSTT), where you can transfer to Route 109 for service to Terminal 1. If you are coming from/going to the Stratosphere, the LVH or the Las Vegas Convention Center, board Route 108 southbound, which stops at McCarran Airport
Terminal 1. Passengers can pay for a fare using a Ticket Vending Machine (TVM) located at the bus stop on Level Zero located at Terminal 1. TVM only accept exact fare or credit/debit cards that say Visa or MasterCard. You can also purchase your pass when you board the vehicle. Please have exact change ready before boarding the vehicle.
