Customer Service department hours of operation are 6 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday – Friday, Saturday and Sunday 7 a.m. – 6 p.m.

RTC Lost & Found
The RTC is not responsible for any items left on transit vehicles or at transit facilities. Items may be picked up at the South Strip Transfer Terminal (SSTT), located at 6675 S. Gilespie Street. Items can be claimed from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m., seven days a week. Please contact lost and found at 702-676-1849 if you have left an item on a RTC transit vehicle or at a transit facility.
