All meetings take place at the RTC’s Administrative Building at 600 S. Grand Central Parkway, Room 108 , except where noted. The RTC board meeting takes place in the Commission Chambers of the Clark County Government Center located at 500 S. Grand Central Parkway. All meetings are open to the public and public participation is welcomed and encouraged. Subcommittees have been established to assist the Executive Advisory Committee in its formulation of recommendations to the Commission. Each of the subcommittees is comprised of experts in the respective area.
