Paratransit Trip Planning We offer two different services to help ADA Paratransit clients manage their trips. MyRTCpara is a system that allows you to book new trips, check and cancel existing reservations, track vehicles, access estimated drop-off times and more. Order Paratransit Passes Online

Order Paratransit Passes Online Customers can purchase passes and coupon books online using the new Paratransit Purchase Web Portal with a credit or debit card. Click here to sign-up! Currently, coupon books ordered online are delivered through USPS mail and sent to the address provided by the purchaser. The RTC is not responsible for the delivery of passes purchased online once they are postmarked and become the responsibility of the USPS. Ride On-Demand Program The Ride On-Demand Program is an on demand transportation service available to a select group of RTC Paratransit customers. Ride On-Demand customers can often schedule a ride within minutes. The Ride On-Demand Program will operate in conjunction with all existing RTC services and participation in the Program will not affect RTC Paratransit eligibility. Services For Veterans Veterans Medical Transportation Network for Senior & Disabled Veterans (VMTN) The Veterans Medical Transportation Network (VMTN) provides effective and efficient transportation for veterans between their homes and their Veteran Affairs (VA) approved medical appointments within the RTC service area. Non-Dedicated Service (UZURV and SilverRide)

Non-Dedicated Service Options (currently UZURV and SilverRide) RTC’s paratransit contractor has partnered with non-dedicated service providers (currently rideshare companies UZURV and SilverRide) to provide added mobility options that will complement the ADA paratransit service. Riders who opt-in can expect either an RTC paratransit vehicle, a UZURV private vehicle, or a SilverRide private vehicle to arrive during your scheduled pickup window for your paratransit ride.
